Crown Point takes a project from the first sketch to a finished, occupied space. Scroll to watch one come together.
How people move, where the light comes from, what sits next to what. We sketch it together before anything is drawn to scale.
Dimensioned plans, door swings, room data and details. A set a contractor can price, permit and build from.
Permits, trades, schedule and punch list, managed by the people who drew it, through to hand-off.
Hand-OffHotels, offices, healthcare and specialty spaces for architects, developers and contractors.
Most projects lose time at the hand-offs between designer, drafter and builder. We do all three, so nothing gets lost between the idea and the finished space.
Space planning and design direction before you commit. We test the layout against how the space will really be used.
For developers, owners and tenants planning a space.
Bring us a sketch, a markup or a napkin. We return a coordinated, dimensioned set ready to price and permit.
For architects who need drafting capacity and contractors who need drawings fast.
We run the build so you don't have to. The people who drew it stay with it until the keys change hands.
For owners and developers who want one accountable point of contact.
Thirty years of planning, drawing and delivering spaces for the architects, developers and general contractors who build them.
HospitalityHotel lobbies, great rooms and bars, from franchise drawing sets to finished interiors.
OfficeTenant improvements, test fits and multi-story renovations that lease and work well.
HealthcareClinics, teaching labs and therapy spaces planned around patient flow, privacy and code.
SpecialtyWine rooms, showrooms and restaurants where the space is part of the experience.
We engage our clients as business partners, not as contractors.
